About the Role

As a Caregiver with Stand Out Home Care, you'll be essential to our mission of helping people maintain dignity and independence in their own homes. This full-time position offers meaningful work where you provide attentive, respectful care and forge genuine connections with the clients you serve.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, mobility support, and meal preparation
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment and assist with light housekeeping as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators about client needs and progress
• Document care activities accurately and follow personalized care plans
• Respond with flexibility and empathy to individual client preferences and changing needs
