About the Role

As a caregiver with Stand Out Home Care, you'll work directly with individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. This full-time position leverages your existing caregiving relationships through the ALTCS program, enabling you to formalize the care you're already providing and earn a stable income while doing work you believe in.

What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support meal preparation and nutrition management
• Help with household tasks and maintaining a safe, clean living environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and communicate changes in client health or well-being
• Document care activities and maintain required records
