What You'll Do

• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business planning and scenario analysis
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and prepare financial reports that drive leadership decision-making
• Support budget development and resource allocation across teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—operations, clinical, technology, and commercial teams—to understand financial drivers and improve performance
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or business finance roles
• Strong proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
