This principal-level operations position sits at the intersection of product strategy and operational execution. You'll own the end-to-end operational framework that brings innovative products to market, ensuring cross-functional alignment, efficient resource deployment, and measurable business impact. This role reports to senior leadership and shapes how T-Mobile delivers next-generation solutions to millions of customers.

What You'll Do

• Oversee product development and realization processes, optimizing timelines, quality, and resource allocation across teams
• Partner with product management, engineering, and commercial teams to translate strategy into executable plans
• Build and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting that drive data-informed decision-making
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks; implement process improvements and best practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate product launch cycles and time-to-value
• Mentor operational and product teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 10+ years of operations, product management, or program management experience in fast-paced technology or telecommunications environments
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional operations at a principal or director level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in operations metrics, P&L awareness, and financial modeling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across all organizational levels
• Track record of leading change initiatives and scaling operational processes as organizations grow
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
