Mobile Associate – Retail Sales, Store-in-Store

About the Role

As a Mobile Associate, you'll be the face of T-Mobile in our retail space, engaging customers and translating their communication needs into the right wireless solutions. You'll work in a store-in-store format, bringing T-Mobile's customer-first approach to a high-traffic retail environment while managing the full sales cycle from discovery to activation.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their mobile needs and recommending appropriate devices and service plans
• Manage device demonstrations and explain plan features, coverage, and pricing in clear, compelling terms
• Process transactions, handle payments, and complete device activations with accuracy and efficiency
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and customer engagement
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and loss-prevention standards
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Support store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
