Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specification Specialist for our Mocksville, North Carolina facility. This full-time role is central to maintaining production excellence and operational standards. You will work with product specifications, manufacturing documentation, and quality standards to support our Mocksville plant's success. Your expertise in specifications and documentation will ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain accurate product specifications and technical documentation for production processes
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure strict adherence to quality and specification standards
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to refine and improve specifications
• Facilitate effective communication of specifications and requirements across departments
• Support resolution of specification-related issues and concerns on the production floor
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to product specifications and production standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing processes, product specifications, or quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Technical proficiency with relevant documentation and specification software preferred
