About the Role

As a Regional Sales Specialist, you'll own your territory and be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that grows our Pro Segment business. You'll represent Fortune Brands with professionalism and expertise, identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new accounts, and deepening relationships with existing customers. This role combines strategic account management with consultative selling to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads within your assigned territory to identify sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional and commercial customers
• Presenting product solutions and conducting product demonstrations that address customer challenges
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales within territory targets
• Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to inform regional strategy
• Tracking sales metrics and reporting performance against territory goals
