About This Position

As a Regional Sales Specialist in the Pro Segment at Fortune Brands, you'll represent our portfolio of trusted brands to professional builders, contractors, and commercial partners throughout the Phoenix market. You'll be the direct connection between our business and the professionals who rely on our products to get their jobs done, translating customer needs into sales opportunities and ensuring their continued loyalty to Fortune Brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing Pro Segment customers in your Phoenix territory, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
• Prospect and qualify new professional accounts through consistent outreach and consultative selling
• Communicate product features, promotions, and new offerings to contractors, builders, and commercial clients
• Monitor territory performance, track sales metrics, and report progress against goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings to expand your network and presence

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the construction, contractor, or professional services sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage your territory
• Understanding of or willingness to learn our product categories and the Pro Segment market
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Phoenix-area territory travel
