As a High School Math Teacher at KIPP in St. Louis, you'll design and deliver engaging mathematics instruction to secondary students, fostering both conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Plan and teach high school mathematics courses aligned with standards and learning objectives
• Create assessments, track student progress, and adjust instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Establish a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, persistence, and mathematical thinking
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and involvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and share effective teaching practices

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mathematics or a related field
• Valid teaching certification or eligibility for Missouri teacher licensure
