Role Overview

As Construction Manager - Electrical for Knobelsdorff Enterprises, you'll lead the planning, execution, and closeout of electrical construction projects. What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinating electrical crews and subcontractors across all project phases
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with technical specifications
  • Manage safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to regulatory and OSHA requirements
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership regularly
  • Review and process contracts, change orders, and cost documentation
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and permit authorities for approvals and inspections

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of construction management experience with focus on electrical projects
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, standards, and construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in construction management software and digital project tracking tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams
  • Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as project needs require
  • High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM preferred
