You'll provide hands-on support, technical guidance, and ongoing monitoring to help farmers transition to and maintain sustainable practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and long-term productivity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor regenerative agriculture practices and compliance with programme standards
  • Provide technical support and coaching to farmers on crop rotation, cover cropping, reduced tillage, and soil management techniques
  • Collect and record field data, including soil assessments, crop performance, and practice implementation details
  • Collaborate with farmers and landowners to address challenges and refine on-farm practices
  • Prepare reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes across assigned territories
  • Liaise between field operations and the Louis Dreyfus Company office to communicate updates and requirements
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and field days for participating farmers

What You Bring
