  • Prepare and maintain activity spaces, ensuring all equipment is ready and safe
  • Create a positive and inclusive experience for all programme participants
  • Undertake administrative and operational support tasks as required
  • Respond flexibly to cover shifts and adapt to changing programme schedules
  • Maintain commitment to safeguarding and health and safety standards

  • Genuine passion for supporting young people's development and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
  • Flexibility and reliability, with willingness to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good physical fitness to participate in outdoor and active programmes
  • Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding best practice
  • Desirable: First Aid at Work or Paediatric First Aid qualification
