Regional Sales Specialist- Pro Segment

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Specialist- Pro Segment, you'll be responsible for expanding market share and managing key accounts within your territory. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll identify new business opportunities, nurture existing customer relationships, and represent Fortune Brands' full portfolio to professional customers in the Las Vegas area and surrounding markets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of professional and contractor customers in your assigned territory
• Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to pro segment needs
• Manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance metrics and report on activity and results
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Fortune Brands
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and customer success

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, construction, or professional services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Territory management and account development experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-territory travel
