About This Position
As a U-Box Customer Care Representative in Garland, Texas, you'll be central to delivering an excellent experience for customers using Uhaul's innovative U-Box portable storage solutions. Your Commercial Driver's License and customer service expertise will be essential as you manage customer inquiries, coordinate services, and support the seamless operation of our U-Box business. This is a full-time role in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding U-Box services, rates, and availability
- Process customer orders and manage service bookings for U-Box portable containers
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for U-Box container operations in the Garland region
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records
- Provide timely follow-up and resolution to customer requests
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking For
