The Opportunity

As a Curer Operator at our New London facility, you'll play an essential role in the ham processing workflow. This is a full-time position working first shift, where you'll contribute to producing quality cured meat products that meet our high standards and customer expectations. Core Duties

  • Operate and monitor curing equipment and machinery used in ham processing

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature-controlled production environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Reliability and consistent attendance for 1st shift schedules
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions
  • Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus
