The Opportunity
As a Resort Valet Attendant with Townepark at WinStar World Casino & Resort, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their entire visit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Oklahoma's leading casino resort while developing professional skills in a bustling hospitality environment. You'll take pride in safely parking vehicles, maintaining our lots, and delivering outstanding customer service that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at WinStar Resort
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety protocols and lot procedures
- Operate valet parking systems and equipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage payment processing and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain organized parking lots and work areas throughout each shift
- Assist guests with vehicle-related inquiries and special requests
- Follow all security protocols and report any incidents or concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and move throughout shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to vehicle and guest safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- 18 years of age or older
