About This Position

This is a full-time position focused on operating and maintaining peeling equipment that processes poultry products with precision and efficiency. Working the 2nd shift, you'll be part of a dedicated production team committed to delivering quality protein products. Your work ensures the consistency and safety that customers across the country rely on from Tysonfoods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate peeling machinery and related equipment according to production specifications and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or unusual operations immediately
• Conduct quality checks on processed products to ensure they meet established standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily production targets
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours and adapt to production schedules
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality output
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability a plus
