Position Summary

As Senior IT Operations Analyst at Tysonfoods, you'll be at the centre of our IT operations team, responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing our technology infrastructure. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure system reliability, security, and performance whilst driving continuous improvement across our operational processes and technical practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Manage incident response and resolution, triaging issues and documenting solutions for future reference
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and IT teams to implement operational best practices
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, uptime, and operational KPIs for senior leadership
• Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure assessments, and technology roadmap discussions
• Support deployment, configuration, and optimisation of systems and infrastructure updates

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure management, or related technical field
• Proven expertise managing complex, multi-layered IT environments at scale
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, databases, networking, and cloud computing platforms
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and ticketing systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation and process guides
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across teams and departments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
