Customer Service Representative

Uhaul is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our location in Roseville, California. This is a full-time position serving customers who need moving and equipment rental solutions every day.

About This Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Uhaul in Roseville, you'll be the voice and face of our company, helping customers with their rental needs, questions, and concerns. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the public, solve problems quickly, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. Your ability to communicate clearly and think on your feet will be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their rental and moving equipment needs
• Process rental agreements and reservations accurately and efficiently
• Answer customer inquiries about equipment availability, pricing, and rental terms
• Handle payments and maintain cash register or payment system accuracy
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
• Provide product knowledge about trucks, trailers, moving supplies, and equipment care
• Assist with equipment inspections and damage documentation
• Meet customer service standards and company policies consistently
