Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, and in-person visits with fast, accurate responses
• Process rental agreements, reservations, and payments while following company procedures
• Explain equipment options, moving supplies, storage features, and pricing to help customers choose what they need
• Resolve billing questions, service complaints, and booking issues professionally
• Update customer accounts and rental records in our systems with precision
• Suggest additional products and services that fit customer situations
• Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction and transaction speed

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, rental, hospitality, or support roles
• Clear communication and ability to listen carefully to customer needs
