Senior Manager Secondary Math Curriculum

KIPP is seeking a Senior Manager of Secondary Math Curriculum for our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. This full-time leadership position is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting rigorous secondary mathematics instruction across our regional school network.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Secondary Math Curriculum, you will lead curriculum design, teacher development, and instructional excellence in mathematics across KIPP schools in Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding region. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll partner with school leaders and teachers to build and execute a cohesive math curriculum strategy that prepares students for college and career success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine comprehensive secondary mathematics curriculum aligned with rigorous standards and college-readiness expectations
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to secondary mathematics teachers to strengthen instructional practices
• Analyze student performance data and assessment results to identify curriculum gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Lead professional development workshops and training sessions focused on mathematics instruction and assessment
• Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistent implementation of curriculum and monitor instructional quality
• Research and integrate evidence-based mathematics strategies and best practices into curriculum and teacher support

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, mathematics education, or a related field; master's degree is preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in secondary mathematics teaching, curriculum development, or instructional leadership roles
• Strong expertise in secondary mathematics content and familiarity with current academic standards
• Proven experience designing curriculum, assessments, and professional development programs for teachers
• Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence educators and leaders
• Experience working with student data systems and educational technology platforms
