About This Position

This is a full-time, school-based position supporting elementary students across core academic subjects and skill development. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted academic support to small groups and individual students in reading, mathematics, and writing
  • Assist classroom teachers during whole-group and differentiated instruction
  • Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the classroom teacher
  • Reinforce classroom learning through supplemental activities and practice
  • Support students' social-emotional development and positive behavior
  • Organize and maintain materials, record student data, and contribute to a structured learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children in an instructional setting
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student growth
  • Experience or familiarity with differentiated instruction and literacy/numeracy support
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow school procedures
