As a Middle School ELA Teacher at KIPP Jacksonville, you'll design and deliver engaging English language arts instruction that challenges students to read critically, write persuasively, and express themselves with clarity and confidence. Your Responsibilities

• Plan and teach standards-aligned ELA lessons that build reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and communication skills

Requirements

• Valid Florida teaching certification in English Language Arts or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated ability to teach reading, writing, and communication skills at the middle school level
• Strong command of English grammar, composition, and literature
• Experience designing engaging lessons and assessments that promote critical thinking
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with varied learning profiles
