Account Executive

Xplor is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales and build client partnerships from a remote position based in Waco, Texas. This is a full-time role on our sales team where you'll take ownership of client relationships and revenue growth in your territory.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll be the driving force behind new business development and account expansion. You'll work independently in a remote environment, leveraging your sales expertise to identify market opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals. Your Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads to identify fit and opportunity size
• Developing tailored solution approaches for each prospect and account
• Conducting product demonstrations and business case presentations
• Negotiating contract terms and closing agreements
• Managing your pipeline to forecast accurately and hit revenue targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage your own time and work effectively in a remote setting
