Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads Expert) | Full-Time | Laval

Linen Chest is looking for a Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads Expert) to join our remote team based in Laval, QC, CA. In this full-time position, you'll take ownership of our paid search and display advertising strategy, leading campaigns that drive measurable results for our online business.

Role Overview

As a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads, you'll be the strategic lead behind our digital advertising efforts. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Shopping networks, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and build sustainable growth for Linen Chest. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise directly impacts our ability to reach customers searching for quality home goods and bedroom essentials online.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping channels
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-opportunity targets
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, implementing Google Analytics and other measurement tools to track campaign impact
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Manage paid media budgets and forecast spend to achieve business objectives
• Stay current with Google Ads product updates and industry best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise managing Google Ads campaigns at scale, with a track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA
• Deep knowledge of Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data interpretation, and reporting
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modeling
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain performance data to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail advertising is a strong advantage
