Role Overview
As a Personal Trainer in our Miracle Mile club, you'll work full-time designing and delivering customized fitness programs that transform members' health and performance. You'll combine your expertise in exercise science, nutrition fundamentals, and motivational coaching to help clients achieve their goals while building lasting relationships that drive retention and referral growth at Equinox.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing members
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual fitness levels, goals, and limitations
- Deliver engaging, results-driven training sessions using Equinox equipment, facilities, and methodologies
- Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain detailed training records
- Educate members on proper form, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle practices to optimize results
- Build and maintain a thriving personal training client base through exceptional service and professional referrals
- Collaborate with club management and wellness staff to support member satisfaction and club initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent recognized credential)
- Proven experience training diverse clients across fitness levels and goals
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and evidence-based training methodologies
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Professional demeanor that aligns with Equinox's luxury brand standards
