Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and medical history
• Conduct fitness assessments, movement screening, and progress tracking to ensure safe, effective progression
• Provide real-time form correction, motivation, and accountability during sessions
• Educate clients on exercise technique, nutrition fundamentals, and sustainable lifestyle habits
• Build strong client relationships to foster retention and encourage achievement of fitness goals
• Maintain professional certifications, stay current with fitness science, and pursue continued education
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and high service standards across the club

What You Bring

• Current Personal Training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, IYCA, or equivalent)
• Proven track record training diverse clients across varying fitness levels and age groups
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, biomechanics, and safe program design
• Excellent communication and motivational skills paired with genuine client-focused service orientation
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to continuous learning in the fitness industry
