You'll serve as a trusted advisor to surgeons, OR managers, and facility administrators, demonstrating how endoluminal technology can enhance surgical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow endoluminal product adoption within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities, including surgeons, nurses, and administrators
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training to showcase endoluminal system capabilities
  • Support healthcare institutions through the evaluation, procurement, and implementation process
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success

Requirements

  • Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in minimally invasive surgical technology
  • Deep understanding of surgical workflows and healthcare facility operations
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technology to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage territory independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
