As a department manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, and create an engaging shopping environment that reflects Mattel's commitment to quality and customer service. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Drive sales performance and work toward department revenue targets
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock rotation, and ensure proper merchandise displays
• Execute visual merchandising strategies that align with Mattel's brand standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve department performance
• Coordinate with store management on operational priorities and business initiatives
