About the Role

As an Associate Manager, Toy Marketing at Mattel, you'll partner with the Toy Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Monster High. You'll combine creative thinking with tactical execution, developing campaigns and consumer engagement strategies that strengthen Monster High's market position.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of Monster High marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and consumer channels
• Work with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and communications to align marketing with brand vision
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product positioning and promotional strategies
• Manage brand partnerships and retailer relationships to maximize shelf presence and consumer visibility
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives
• Contribute to social media, content, and fan engagement strategies that build community and loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in consumer products, toys, entertainment, or related industries
• Strong understanding of brand development and product marketing fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
