About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll serve as Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift operations in Houston, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day manufacturing. You'll manage team performance, coordinate production activities, and work closely with plant management to ensure schedules are met while maintaining our high safety and quality standards. This supervisory role demands a leader who can respond quickly to production challenges and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team members throughout the 2nd shift
• Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are achieved
• Maintain quality standards and oversee quality control procedures
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
