Role Overview

As Senior Paid Search & Paid Social Strategist at Sia, you'll own the strategy and execution of our paid search and paid social advertising campaigns. You'll combine deep platform expertise with analytical rigor to build scalable strategies that acquire customers and drive revenue. Working closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams, you'll influence how Sia reaches audiences across Google Search, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms
• Design and optimize paid social advertising strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels
• Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend across campaigns, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments
• Monitor platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to keep our strategies competitive
• Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and building team capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align paid efforts with broader marketing initiatives
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale
• Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance metrics and data trends
• Proven ability to develop strategy, not just execute tactics
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimizing for business KPIs
• Knowledge of current digital advertising best practices and platform features
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Track record of mentoring or leading team members
