What This Role Involves

As a Female Locker Room Associate at Equinox's Houston location, you'll be the foundation of our locker room operations. You'll ensure the space remains immaculate, well-stocked, and welcoming for our members throughout your shifts. This role combines practical maintenance work with genuine member service—you'll handle daily upkeep, respond to member requests, and create the clean, organized environment that defines the Equinox experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locker room cleanliness through regular cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of towels, linens, and amenities
• Monitor conditions throughout your shift and address cleanliness concerns immediately
• Assist members with locker access, lost and found inquiries, and general locker room requests
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols specific to locker room operations
