The Front Desk Associate role is central to creating a positive first impression for every member and visitor who enters our Equinox Houston facility. You'll manage check-ins, respond to inquiries, and maintain the professional standards our members expect. Your Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism at arrival
• Process member check-ins and validate membership details
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
• Respond to member questions about classes, facilities, services, and memberships
• Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks using club systems
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members when requested
• Support member retention efforts and report member feedback to management
• Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and professionally presented
