Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective members visiting the Chicago club, creating a positive first impression
• Conduct consultative fitness assessments and listen to individual health and wellness goals
• Present membership options that align with each prospect's needs and budget
• Achieve personal and team membership sales targets while maintaining the Equinox standard of excellence
• Follow up with interested prospects to address questions and close memberships
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and memberships in our sales system
• Collaborate with club staff to ensure a seamless experience for new and prospective members
