Recruitment Assistant (Buenos Aires)

TransPerfect is seeking a full-time Recruitment Assistant to join our Buenos Aires office, where you'll drive talent acquisition efforts and support our hiring processes across the organization.

About This Position

As a Recruitment Assistant in Buenos Aires, you'll be at the heart of TransPerfect's talent strategy. This is a hands-on role combining active candidate sourcing with administrative hiring support. You'll engage directly with applicants, evaluate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring workflow from initial contact through onboarding coordination. This position offers genuine opportunity to shape our team and grow your recruitment expertise in a dynamic, fast-expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions across TransPerfect
• Assist in developing job descriptions and preparing recruitment materials
• Review and evaluate incoming resumes and applications
• Administer assessments and screening tests for candidates
• Conduct initial telephone and in-person screening interviews
• Prepare offer letters and rejection communications
• Manage employment administration including health, background check, and insurance documentation
• Coordinate with department managers regarding start dates and position requisitions
• Support special hiring projects and other duties as assigned
