As Manager of Wellness, Recreation, and Social Coordination here in Dallas, you'll build and nurture a dynamic portfolio of activities—from fitness and nutrition initiatives to social events that bring people together. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive wellness programs spanning fitness, nutrition, mental health, and preventative wellness
• Plan and coordinate recreational activities and social events designed to build community and encourage participation
• Manage program budgets and cultivate relationships with vendors and partner organizations
• Track program participation and gather participant feedback to measure impact and refine offerings
• Collaborate across teams to align wellness initiatives with organizational objectives and community needs
• Create marketing materials and communications that promote programs and drive engagement
• Oversee activity scheduling, logistics coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing wellness programs, recreational activities, events, or community engagement initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within timelines
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with external vendors
• Genuine passion for wellness, recreation, and fostering inclusive communities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in recreation management, health science, business, or related field preferred
