What This Role Involves

As a Facilities Assistant at Endava in Medellín, you'll be essential to keeping our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. You'll support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, and help ensure our office remains clean, organized, safe, and accessible for all employees. Your contributions will directly support an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Core Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas throughout the facility
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory, coordinating restocking and usage tracking
• Work with facility management and external contractors on maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep
• Assist with setup and coordination of meetings, team events, and company activities
• Identify and address accessibility concerns to ensure an inclusive work environment for all staff
• Provide administrative support for facilities operations, reporting, and documentation
• Respond to facility-related requests from employees with professionalism and efficiency
