Technology Service Engineer (BA)

TransPerfect is hiring a Technology Service Engineer (BA) in Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina, for a full-time position supporting the GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team. You'll deliver hands-on technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders across our advanced technology platform.

Role Overview

As a Technology Service Engineer (BA) at TransPerfect's Buenos Aires office, you'll play a vital role in our technical operations and customer support ecosystem. Joining our GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team, you'll combine in-depth product knowledge with strong analytical skills to resolve technical challenges, mentor colleagues, and continuously improve how we serve our customer base. This position offers the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and product quality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain expert-level proficiency with GlobalLink technologies and the complete product ecosystem
• Receive and prioritize customer and internal technical requests through our ticketing platform
• Diagnose root causes and implement solutions for technical issues affecting GlobalLink products
• Provision and manage software licenses for GlobalLink applications
• Partner with development and product teams to identify, report, and track software defects and feature requests
• Write clear technical documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures for team archives
• Publish and maintain technical resources on the company Intranet covering GlobalLink functionality, customer requirements, and support workflows
• Coach and support newer team members in mastering GlobalLink and related systems
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and educational content for staff and customers
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by your manager to support team operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in technical support, customer service engineering, or IT support roles
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to create and organize technical documentation
• Skill in explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Experience working with ticketing systems and support platforms
• Willingness to self-teach and adapt to new software and technologies
• Dedication to customer-centric problem resolution
