Position Summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Performance & Reporting Lead to establish and manage comprehensive performance frameworks for construction projects. Based in Dublin, you'll work at the intersection of operations and strategy, ensuring our teams have the insights and accountability systems they need to deliver exceptional results. This role is central to how we optimise project delivery and stakeholder confidence across our portfolio.

Core Duties

  • Design and implement performance metrics and KPI frameworks tailored to construction and infrastructure project requirements
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems that track project health, budget performance, schedule adherence, and risk status
  • Produce executive-level and operational reports for internal and client stakeholders
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead data governance, reporting tool management, and systems standardisation across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed performance disciplines and reporting processes across the organisation
  • Support strategic decision-making with timely, accurate performance insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, performance analysis, business intelligence, or related consulting role
  • Expertise in developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of construction industry metrics, project delivery principles, and cost/schedule management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and work independently under tight timelines
