In this full-time role, you'll develop and manage master schedules, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure data center construction projects stay on track from conception through completion.

Role Overview

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to take ownership of scheduling strategy for complex data center construction initiatives. You'll leverage advanced project controls expertise to create detailed baseline schedules, monitor progress against key milestones, and identify schedule risks before they impact delivery. Working remotely from Nashville or anywhere nationwide, you'll partner with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to optimize timelines and resource allocation across mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master schedules and detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools
• Perform schedule risk analysis and provide early-warning indicators for potential delays
• Coordinate with project teams to identify critical path items and schedule constraints
• Generate schedule reports and variance analyses for stakeholder review and decision-making
• Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to best-practice development across projects
• Support bid preparation, baseline establishment, and closeout scheduling activities

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of scheduling experience, with proven expertise in heavy civil, industrial, or data center construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource leveling, and schedule optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex schedule information clearly to technical and executive audiences
• Professional certification (PSP, PMI, or equivalent) preferred
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones
