Integrated Baseline & Requirements Lead (PMO) – Construction

What This Role Involves

Your mandate centres on building and protecting the integrated project baseline—the single source of truth for what's being delivered, by when, and within what constraints. You'll architect the requirements framework that translates client vision into measurable project outcomes, then safeguard both through systematic change control and stakeholder alignment.

What You'll Do

• Establish, document, and maintain integrated baselines encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and quality across assigned projects
• Lead comprehensive requirements capture and validation with clients and internal stakeholders
• Own the change control process, evaluating impact and ensuring baseline revisions remain auditable
• Build and manage requirements databases and traceability matrices
• Conduct baseline reviews and variance reporting to project leadership and governance bodies
• Mentor project teams in baseline discipline and requirements rigour
• Identify process gaps and champion improvements to baseline governance frameworks

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record managing baselines and requirements on construction or infrastructure projects
• Deep familiarity with project management frameworks and PMO operations
• Competence with baseline control software and requirements management tools
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data sets
• Meticulous attention to accuracy and consistency in documentation
• Articulate communicator, able to translate technical detail for diverse audiences
• Collaborative approach to cross-team coordination and problem-solving
