Project Manager

About the Role

As Project Manager at Eurofins, you'll oversee laboratory and testing projects that serve critical functions in life sciences, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll be the operational force connecting scientific teams, stakeholders, and deliverables—managing scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining the quality and compliance standards that define our work. This remote position allows you to coordinate projects with autonomy and flexibility while supporting a global organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create realistic timelines and resource plans
• Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and closure phases
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and quality targets; escalate risks and issues promptly
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication and status reporting
• Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, laboratory standards, and internal procedures
• Coordinate with scientific, technical, and administrative teams to remove blockers and keep projects moving
• Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvements across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing projects in laboratory, testing, scientific, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
• Strong command of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing sight of priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Self-directed approach to remote work with strong time management and accountability
• Detail-oriented problem solver with resilience in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sciences, or related field preferred
