The Opportunity

FLINT Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Coordinator to oversee the organization, maintenance, and distribution of equipment across our operations. Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive equipment inventory records, documentation, and tracking databases
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and arrange equipment repairs with qualified vendors
• Monitor equipment allocation, usage patterns, and location across all departments
• Process and prioritize equipment requests from staff and manage timely distribution
• Assess equipment condition, identify servicing needs, and plan replacement cycles
• Verify compliance with equipment safety standards, regulations, and organizational policies
• Generate reports analyzing equipment utilization trends and recommend operational improvements
• Oversee equipment-related budgets, track spending, and optimize cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and liaise with external service providers as needed

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in equipment coordination, inventory management, facilities support, or equivalent role
