Warehouse Agent *Wednesday – Sunday, Mid Shift*

Join Expeditors as a Warehouse Agent in our Hawthorne, CA facility, working a full-time schedule of Wednesday through Sunday on the mid shift. This is an in-person role where you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced supply chain operations.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Agent at Expeditors in Hawthorne, you'll play a vital role in keeping our distribution operations running smoothly. Your mid-shift schedule (Wednesday – Sunday) places you at the heart of our peak processing hours, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring every order moves efficiently through our warehouse. This full-time position offers stable employment with a consistent schedule in a dynamic, organized warehouse environment serving global logistics operations.

Core Duties

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and materials
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper classification systems
• Pick and pack orders according to shipping specifications and documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare shipments for transport and ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds regularly
• Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout mid-shift duties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and shipment records
• Ability to work reliably on a Wednesday – Sunday schedule
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work productively as part of a team
