About This Position
We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Agent to support our busy distribution center in Hawthorne. You'll work mid-shift Thursday through Monday, ensuring smooth operations across receiving, shipping, and inventory functions. Your Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and parcels into our warehouse management system
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers worldwide
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical audits
- Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Label, sort, and stage packages for outbound distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Who We're Looking For
- Ability to work the Thursday-Monday mid-shift schedule consistently
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move packages regularly throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory
- Ability to read and follow instructions, including labeling and documentation systems
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new warehouse management software
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
