About This Position

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen operations in Clarkston. In this part-time role, you'll work alongside experienced chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and service. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering quality meals and great customer experiences across our venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and portioning
• Assist with food preparation and plating under the direction of kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• Handle and store food correctly, following food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Assist with basic stock management and reporting shortages
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
