Equinox is seeking experienced Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists to join our wellness team at our Hawthorne location in the South Bay. This is a part-time position offering the opportunity to deliver exceptional therapeutic and aesthetic services in a world-class spa environment serving our members and guests.

About the Role

As a Dual-Licensed Spa Therapist at our Hawthorne club, you'll be at the heart of our members' wellness journey. You'll combine massage therapy and esthetic expertise to provide personalized treatments in a professional, serene spa setting. This role demands both technical skill and genuine care for guest wellbeing, helping our community achieve their health and relaxation goals through premier spa experiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapy treatments using proper techniques and modalities to address client needs and preferences
• Provide esthetic services including facials, skincare consultations, and related treatments within your scope of practice
• Consult with clients to understand health history, treatment goals, and any contraindications before each service
• Maintain the spa space to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Document client information and treatment details accurately in our systems
• Uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality in all member interactions
• Collaborate with spa team members and fitness professionals to support member wellness

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid licenses in both massage therapy and esthetics (or equivalent dual credentials) in California
• Professional experience in spa, wellness, or therapeutic settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clientele
• Commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform treatments safely and maintain proper body mechanics
• Genuine passion for promoting health and wellness
