About the Role
As a Male Locker Room Associate at our San Mateo location, you'll be a key part of the member experience team. Your presence in the locker room ensures members enjoy a pristine, secure, and service-oriented environment where they can prepare for and recover from their workouts. This full-time position is essential to maintaining Equinox's reputation for luxury fitness and attention to detail.
Core Duties
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all locker room areas, restrooms, and amenities throughout your shift
- Stock, organize, and replenish towels, toiletries, and member amenities in the male locker room
- Assist members with locker access, lock issues, and general facility questions
- Ensure lockers are secure, functional, and available for member use
- Maintain lost and found procedures and assist members with item recovery
- Support the overall member experience through courteous, attentive service
- Report maintenance issues or facility concerns to management promptly
