Equinox is seeking passionate Mat Pilates and Barre Instructors to deliver exceptional group fitness experiences at our San Francisco location. In this part-time role, you'll teach dynamic, music-driven classes that challenge and inspire our members, combining the precision of pilates with the grace and intensity of barre fitness. What You'll Do

• Lead energizing mat pilates and barre classes for diverse fitness levels
• Create welcoming, motivating environments that inspire member engagement and results
• Provide personalized modifications and form cues throughout class
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and class quality
• Build strong connections with members and support retention and community growth
• Stay current with fitness trends and continuously refine your teaching methodology

Qualifications

• Current group fitness or pilates instructor certification from an accredited organization
• Demonstrated experience teaching mat pilates and/or barre to group classes
• Passion for fitness instruction and ability to motivate and inspire members
• Excellent communication skills and attention to proper form and safety
• Flexibility to teach classes at various times throughout the week
• Professional demeanor and commitment to Equinox's high service standards
